Captains must check-in at scorer's tent upon arrival. Captains must have team members sign a waiver (pick-up at scorer's table). Turn in completed waiver to your court supervisor before your 1st match.

Captain's meetings: Saturday - Threes 9:30 a.m.; Prep 9:45 a.m.; Rec 10:00 a.m.    Sunday - Fours 9:30 a.m.; Sixes 9:45 a.m.; 35 and over 10:00 a.m. Games will start immediately after the captains meeting.

Minor age (under 18) participants must have a liability waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Click here to download waiver.

Please encourage your team members to purchase beverages and food from the charity concessions, which are staffed by the Maryville Alumni.

Weather:  Play rain or shine. Lightning will postpone or cancel the tournament. If pool play does not begin then teams are eligible for refunds.  No refunds if pool play begins.

If your pools requires, teams are required to referee or be line judges when they are not playing.

Please settle any disputes in a friendly and cooperative manner. Players should follow the honor system and "call your own violations." Players should call on themselves or on a teammate: net contact, touches of the ball, out of bounds, etc. Limit the discussion, when in doubt . . . replay the point.

A game must be won with a margin of 2 points, but there is a two (2) point cap on all pool games.

Pools play is followed by a single elimination tournament.

Teams are to be ready when their court is open.

Net serves are allowed.

A block does not count as a hit.

Double contact is allowed on any first ball over (including serves), provided that the contacts occur during one action, and the ball is not held or carried.

The tournament reserves the right to impose time restrictions on games/matches and the right to change any rule contained herein.

Players are forbidden to wear any objects that may cause an injury to a players such as jewelry, bracelets, casts, medals, chains, etc. No cleats or spikes allowed.
